Playground Hours of Operation: 

PLAYGROUND IS CLOSED FROM DUSK TO DAWN

All Hawthorn Glen/Farms (HGF) Amenities, including the Pool, Tennis Courts, Swing Set Area and associated recreation areas are for the use of HGF Residents who are current on their Annual Dues to the Homeowners association and have no outstanding fines. Additionally, all amenities will be closed during any inclement weather situations (rain, snow, hail, lightning, etc.).

Playground Rules

  • Use of the playground equipment is at your own risk.
  • This playground is designated to serve children between the ages of 3-12.
  • Playground is for residents & their accompanied guests only!!
  • Young residents under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older).
  • No one over the age of 12 is permitted to use the playground equipment.
  • DO NOT use play equipment improperly.
  • Wear proper footwear at all times. Bare feet in the playground area are not permitted.
  • Do not bring any sharp objects in the play area (glass, bottles, rocks, debris, etc.)
  • No pets, with the exception of verifiable certified service dogs, are allowed in the playground area.
  • This is a kid-friendly and family-oriented recreation area and appropriate behavior is expected at all times.Inappropriate public behavior including profanity, intoxication, vulgar remarks or bullying will not be tolerated and may result in loss of playground privileges at the discretion of the HOA Board of Directors and/or the property management company.
  • No smoking/vaping allowed in or around the playground area.
  • No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed in or around the playground area.
  • Drugs and alcohol are forbidden/not allowed in or around the playground area. (Law enforcement will be contacted for all violators.)
  • PLAY SAFELY AND ENJOY!

Parents (refers to the homeowner and/or tenants)  – Please be sure to go over these rules with your children so there will be no misunderstanding. Parents will be responsible for any damage to the playground equipment done by their child(ren).
